    If it is not right for your animal, tell us within thirty days and we email you a return label. You are not out of pocket for finding out, and it applies to discounted items too — not just full price ones.

How we write these pages

You should be able to trust the page.

Measurements, not adjectives.

Sizes here are the manufacturer’s own figures. Where a supplier will not give us one, the page says so outright instead of inventing a number that sounds about right.

We name the limits.

Where something will not suit an animal — a flat-faced breed, a determined chewer, a cat who wants nothing near its head — the page says so before you buy, not after.

No countdowns, no stock counters.

Nothing on this site is built to rush you. There is no timer, no “3 people are viewing this”, no invented scarcity. The price today is the price tomorrow.

Our philosophy

A small range, chosen properly.

We would rather stock a few things that genuinely earn their place than a forty-page catalogue of filler. Feeders, toys, cooling gear, grooming kit, safety gear — for dogs and for cats, picked to be practical, easy to live with, and actually useful for a real animal in a real home.

We would rather tell you less.

There is a version of this shop that would be easier to run. Bigger claims, rounder numbers, a countdown clock ticking away in the corner. That version converts. I know it converts.

I decided not to build it.

So the sizes here are the manufacturer’s own measurements rather than “fits most pets”. The delivery estimate says five to ten business days because that is what actually happens, not because three sounds better. And where a supplier will not give me a measurement, the page says so outright instead of inventing one — you will find that written on two of these products right now.

None of that is generosity. It is the only version of a small shop that survives meeting a real customer. You open the box, and either it is what the page said it was, or it is not.

If it is not, tell us. You have thirty days to send it back, and I would genuinely rather hear about it than not.
